
KATHLEEN BUTLER (Founding Partner)
While continuing her acting career, she began directing four years ago when she was asked to direct a production of MARRIAGE PLAY by Edward Albee at the Theatre Artists Studio in Phoenix, Arizona followed by A NIGHT WITH EDWARD ALBEE. Most recently, she directed the Off-Broadway hit, DELIRIUM’S DAUGHTERS and is currently working on SEEING STARS (production scheduled May, 2018. Staged Readings: POUND with Christopher Lloyd in the title role, DELIRIUM’S DAUGHTERS (Players Club), FALLING: A WAKE with Judith Ivey and Edward Herrmann. Kathleen is a partner in Triumvirate Artists which is dedicated to promoting work for theatre professionals over 55. She has participated as a director in the Barrow Group Actor/Director Workshop.

She is a graduate of Trinity college and did post-graduate work at Circle In the Square School of Drama and The Master Class in Actin for Working Professionals with the legendary Bobby Lewis. Kathleen is a native of Buffalo, New York.

In addition to being a partner in Triumvirate Artists, John has been a theatrical manager and producer for over 30 years. His company, Essay Management, represents a handful of wonderfully gifted diverse artists who work as actors, writers, directors, audio book narrators, hand models, hosts for corporate events, composers, lyricists, master teachers and producers. His website TheActorsGuideToEverything.com was created to help empower actors and give them the tools they need to start their own acting businesses. John also teaches seminars for actors with the information from his website. He has written many articles as a Backstage Expert on Backstage.com. John works with a number of volunteer and charitable organizations in Manhattan where he lives with his husband Robert Curtiss and their pug dog, Murray.

DANIEL BUTLER (Founding Partner)
Dan’s career in fundraising began at the United Way of Tri State in NYC where he served as a Unit Director. He then went on to senior positions at Lincoln Center For the Performing Arts , directing the capital campaign for the Juilliard School, Fordham University, serving as Associate Director of Development, Adelphi University as Special Assistant to the President for University Relations and Development and Managing Partner, Eastern Division, Jerold Panas and Partners, a firm specializing in fundraising and Development consultation. He established Daniel P. Butler Company in 1977. Since that time Dan has served clients in the areas of healthcare, education, youth service and the arts, a sampling of which includes: The New York Philharmonic, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, North Carolina Outward Bound, Pennsylvania Academy of Music, Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center, Hackensack University Medical Center, and The Polytechnic University in New York City. In addition, Mr. Butler has served as Higher Education Development Counsel for the State of New York, working with many of the private colleges and universities throughout the state. He is presently an Assistant Professor at New York University’s School of Professional Studies. On the personal side, Dan received both his BS & MBA from Fordham University, lives in NYC and is married with two daughters. He was elected to Who’s Who in 1988. He has published many articles on various aspects of fundraising and development and in 2014 Dan published his first book "Raising Money For Good and Worthy Causes" with a sequel to follow in 2018. His volunteer activities include membership on the Board of Trustees for the Archdiocese of New York’s Catholic Schools and St. Luke School’s Educational Foundation, Dan’s Alma Mater, an elementary school located in the South Bronx.
